Challenge
Haven Health ran twelve sites with local booking tools, paper exceptions and a shared drive that nobody quite owned. Clinical staff were doing administrative recovery after hours. Leadership wanted standard operating software that still respected local nuance.
Approach
Sophie Ellis led a discovery across Manchester and Leeds sites. We delivered a custom operations application — referrals between sites, rostering views, and an audit trail suitable for their internal governance — hosted in a UK region with encryption in transit. Callum Wright reviewed access patterns with their Caldicott lead (their appointment, not ours).
Outcome
In the first year to 14/09/2025, Haven Health reported roughly 4,000 staff hours redirected from administrative recovery to scheduled care activity. Site-to-site referral lag fell from five working days to one. We do not claim clinical outcomes, NHS endorsement, or performance against any national target.
